Student Acknowledgement
You (the “Student”) acknowledges and understands that any courses or instruction provided or offered by KW Prep, Keller Williams School of Real Estate, KW School of Real Estate, Keller Williams Realty, Inc., KSCORE, and Keller Williams market centers and franchisees (collectively "KW") is non-vocational training to help individuals become better real estate agents and does not satisfy any prelicensing or continuing education requirement for real estate licensees. KW is not an approved provider of state real estate prelicensing or continuing education for agents or brokers. KW is not a licensed or recognized institution of higher education. KW is not a degree granting institution and is not accredited through any regulatory agency. You will not receive any degree, designation or vocational training from KW.
Prelicensing and continuing education instruction shall be provided by a state-approved provider of licensing education, such as by Kaplan Real Estate Education.
Student acknowledges and understands that to become a licensed real estate agent, Student must fulfill the States requirements which may include taking and completing prelicensing education provided by state approved organizations and education provider(s), such as Kaplan Real Estate Education, subsequently pass any state required licensing exam(s), and satisfy all other state licensing requirements. Completing KW Prep, or other KW related course, does not satisfy prelicensing education, testing or other state licensing requirements.
Student acknowledges, understands and agrees that neither KW, nor any of its employees, agents or brokers have, in any way, represented or promised Student that they will pass real estate licensing course(s) or test(s), become a real estate agent with KW or otherwise. No express or implied promise is made that Student will receive any position with KW or KW Market Center. No express or implied promise is made that Student will receive any commission or compensation of any kind.
Student acknowledges, understands and agrees that it has no ownership rights in any materials provided by KW or in connection with any KW related course, and that Student may not reproduce, prepare derivative works with respect to, or distribute the foregoing.
In connection with Student’s enrollment in the KW Prep program, KW may collect the following types of personal information from Student: name, address, phone number, and email address. KW may use the personal information collected to communicate with Student and for marketing and promotional purposes. We may share personal information with KW affiliates and KW Market Centers; however, we do not sell personal information, as “sale” is defined under applicable data protection law. Additional information about KW's practices in connection with the personal information that KW collects through KW websites, applications, or other interactions with you can be found in the Keller Williams Realty Privacy Policy available at: https://headquarters.kw.com/privacy-policy/.
